A card will be left if you are not available to receive your order. Please ensure you collect your parcel from your nearest Royal Mail collection office within 7 days otherwise it will be returned to Ellimonelli and you will incur a postal charge for us to return it to you. If via courier service, then arrange directly with the courier company to redeliver your parcel.
Delivery options are subject to designs/products being available for dispatch. We maintain up to date stock levels on our website 24/7. If an item is out of stock, we can advise you when it will be back in stock or you can email the Elli team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be very happy to assist you.
Where applicable, postal rates are subject to change and will be in line with Royal Mail or courier postal charges.
Please ensure the delivery address you provide is complete and correct to avoid delay. If delivering to an office address, please give as much information as possible – ie company name, floor number, contact number/name or special instructions to find the recipient to avoid the parcel going astray.
Ellimonelli cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned items.
All transactions displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling and your payment card transaction will also be in Pounds Sterling. If you purchase from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your payment card together with the postal charge at the time of purchase. Ellimonelli cannot be responsible for any currency fluctuations, bank or credit card charges that may be incurred as a result of this transaction.
Although orders are dispatched as soon as possible, these may take a longer during very busy periods such as Christmas etc.
We hope that you will love your Ellimonelli designs and products but we know there will be occasions when items may not be absolutely suitable.
If this should occur, then please contact Ellimonelli within 14 working days of receipt of order at email@example.com and within 5 working days to report any damaged or faulty items in transit.
With the exception of faulty or damaged goods in transit, you will be liable for all return postal costs. Please take all reasonable care of the items that you are returning and not use them in the intervening period.
Please note – for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned .
Any refunds or replacements above our Statutory Obligations are discretionary. In order to qualify for a refund, the item(s) must be unused, undamaged and arrive at Ellimonelli in perfect condition. Items should also be returned to Ellimonelli in our original packaging with all fragile items being securely wrapped and packaged.
We would recommend that you use an insured delivery service to return the items. Please obtain/retain a proof of postage as Ellimonelli cannot be held responsible for parcels that do not reach us or orders that are returned in a damaged condition.
Item(s) returned for a replacement design(s) will be credited to your payment card. Replacement items will then be debited to your payment card in addition to a postal charge that will be incurred for the replacement postal service. Please refer to our Delivery Charges.
